Our Story – How It All Began

We are Ekaterina Dolgacheva and Freskim Selmi – and we didn’t just discover a beautiful island in Greece; we found a mission. A purpose. A calling. It all started on Lesbos, a place full of untouched beauty, traditional homes, kind people, and peaceful rhythms of life. But as we spent more time here, we noticed something: So many homes sat empty. So many stories locked behind closed doors. At the same time, we were hearing from more and more people in Germany, Switzerland, England, and the Netherlands – people who felt overwhelmed by the pace of life, the rising costs, and the emotional disconnect in modern cities. And that’s when the idea came: Why not connect these two worlds? Why not help the people of Lesbos find new owners for their properties – while giving people from across Europe a real chance to start over? That’s how our real estate company was born. But we’re not traditional agents. We’re matchmakers between people and places, between the past and the future. We help local families sell their unused homes with dignity and care – and we guide people from Western Europe in finding a new home on Lesbos, step by step: From finding the right property to navigating Greek bureaucracy, translations, renovations, and settling into the local community.
